This Privacy Policy explains how Sellerviva collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website and application.

Sellerviva is operated by Bays Trade LLC (New Mexico, USA).

Information we collect

Account information. Name, email, company name, authentication data, and your subscription and billing status.

Marketplace data. When you connect an eBay seller account, we access data from that account on your behalf, using the permissions you grant during the connection. This includes your listings and inventory, orders and shipping, seller performance and account health, payouts and fees, buyer messages, feedback, and cases such as returns, cancellations, disputes and inquiries.

Buyer information. Orders you receive on eBay contain your buyers' shipping details — name, address, phone number. We store these only to help you fulfil the order. They are encrypted at rest and automatically erased once they are no longer needed (at most 180 days after the order). We do not store your buyers' eBay usernames in readable form; we keep only a one-way fingerprint used to honour deletion requests.

Supplier and product data. Product information from the supplier sources you use, and the settings you configure for them.

Usage data. Logs and technical data needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

How we use your information

To provide and secure the service, connect and manage your marketplace accounts, publish and maintain your listings, process orders, process subscriptions, send transactional emails (such as verification and billing), and improve Sellerviva.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your buyers' personal data for anything other than helping you fulfil their orders.

eBay account data

We access your eBay account only through eBay's official APIs and only with the permissions you approve when you connect your account. You can disconnect an eBay account at any time from your Sellerviva panel; disconnecting revokes our access.

We are subscribed to eBay's Marketplace Account Deletion notifications. When an eBay user asks eBay to delete their personal data, eBay notifies us and we erase the related personal data from our systems.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the service. They process data only on our instructions:

• DigitalOcean — hosting and databases (United States)
• Stripe — subscription payments and invoicing
• Resend — sending transactional and notification emails
• eBay — the marketplace you connect
• Anthropic — AI-assisted listing content and in-app help. Product and listing text is sent for processing; your buyers' personal data is not.

Where your data is stored

Our servers and databases are located in the United States. If you access Sellerviva from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed there.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. Buyers' shipping details are erased automatically once they are no longer needed for fulfilment, and in any case within 180 days. You may request deletion at any time, after which we remove your data subject to legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Where we handle your buyers' personal data, we act on your instructions as the seller; you remain responsible for your relationship with your buyers.

Changes to this policy

We will publish any changes on this page with a new version number and effective date.
